We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) to support our client's team. In this key role, you will assist in supporting the recruitment process by managing administrative tasks, coordinating pre-employment activities, assisting with candidate sourcing, and ensuring all recruitment functions run efficiently. Your organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities, and commitment to providing excellent service to both candidates and hiring managers will be essential to your success in this role.
This is a contract role for up to 6 months and is fully onsite.
Core Duties:
Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR team members to ensure recruitment efforts align with the company's overall needs.
Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing updates and responding to inquiries in a timely manner to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Assist in creating, updating, and posting job advertisements, regularly auditing for accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate and manage the post-offer process, ensuring candidates complete required activities on time.
Update candidate information, interview notes, and hiring statuses within the Applicant Tracking System to ensure accuracy.
Assist with the screening and scheduling of candidates, ensuring a seamless interview experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive candidate information and ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and employment laws.
What were looking for:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support roles.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on maintaining a positive and professional candidate experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS software (familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus).
