As a Tax CPA, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive tax services, including planning, compliance, and consulting, to a variety of clients. ### Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities
- Conduct in-depth tax research and provide thoughtful recommendations on tax planning strategies
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and addressing any tax-related concerns
- Stay informed on updates to tax laws and regulations and proactively communicate these changes to clients
- Identify and resolve tax-related issues and discrepancies for clients
- Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement effective tax strategies and solutions
- Support clients through tax audits and respond to inquiries from government agencies
- Mentor and guide junior team members on tax laws, regulations, and best practices
- Contribute to business development by participating in networking activities and client presentations

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA license is required
- At least 5 years of experience in tax preparation and planning
- Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
