Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute tax strategies that add high value to clients, using our proprietary processes (training provided).
• Guidance and review for team-prepared tax returns for businesses, individuals, and trusts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a talented team of professionals, ensuring top-quality work while guiding project execution.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape the future of the firm’s strategy, priorities, and growth.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new ideas and strategies that enhance clients’ experience and results.
• Participate in our strategic coaching process, helping clients achieve their business and financial goals.

Qualifications:

• CPA or EA certification.
• Expertise in business and personal tax, including US and SALT.
• A solid accounting background with knowledge of various systems.
• 7+ years of public accounting experience (or equivalent).
• A passion for delivering exceptional client service.
• Proficiency in CCH ProSystem Fx or Axcess is a plus.
