Teacher Assistant
Nyman Associates is seeking compassionate, self-directed, and organized individuals to assist students in accessing the educational setting.
Position Summary: As a Teaching Assistant, you support teachers and students within the
school community. Working under the supervision of classroom teachers and administrators,
you assist with instructional activities, provide individualized support to students, and help
create a positive learning environment conducive to student success.

Responsibilities:

• Instructional Support
• Classroom Management
• Working with students to provide academic support
• Resource Management
• Modeling and encouraging positive social skills
• Supporting students through classroom transitions
• Communication and collaboration with teacher

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in education or a related field is preferred
• Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or childcare setting
