Job Description

Tilleman Equipment is a full line dealer of Bobcat equipment and we are looking for a technician that has full knowledge of compact equipment. This position is a Full-time position. Monday thru Friday. We hire individuals who exhibit the following Company Core Values: Community Focus, Integrity, Honesty and Communication. Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing, repairing and servicing new and used Bobcat Equipment as well as customer's equipment.
• Operating all equipment and attachments to verify they operate properly and safely.
• Participates in Service Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge.
• Prepares all forms required in conjunction with work assignments.
• Follows all safety procedures and guidelines and works in a safe manner.
• Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Certified Bobcat trained
• Must have your own tools.
• Ability to use computer and computer applications
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lift at least 75 - 100 lbs. occasionally
• Driver's License
• Able to pass a driving record, background check and drug test prior to employment.
