Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Telecom Civil Foreman and Workers to join our team at Capital Tower & Communications, Inc. in Waverly, NE. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in telecom civil construction and will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the construction, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications towers and communication equipment.
Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Civil Crew
- Plan and schedule work assignments to meet project deadlines
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and guidelines
- Perform line / utility installations
- Grounding as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and communicate updates to the project manager
- Train new crew members on proper construction techniques and safety procedures
Requirements - Previous experience in the telecom industry, specifically in civil construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in operating construction equipment and tools
- Willingness to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensations - Starting Base Pay: $26-$30 Depending on experience.
- $2000 Sign on Bonus! Paid after 6 Months of continuous employment.
- Employment Progress Reviews at 45 Days, 90 Days, 180 Days and 365 Days. Annually thereafter. Each with a potential for a RAISE based on performance.
- Per Diem is paid out weekly starting at $100/day.
- Generous end of the year bonuses.
- Paid Travel to and from regular rotation breaks.
