Description Join Our Team as a Network Engineer in Cleveland, TN! Are you passionate about network design and eager to make a difference in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Network Engineer to join our team onsite in Cleveland, TN. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of deploying, configuring, and managing customer networks and systems. You’ll tackle Tier 1 and Tier 2 escalations, ensuring seamless network operations. Your expertise will also guide network upgrades, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.

You’ll have the opportunity to mentor and elevate the skills of our technical team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented atmosphere. Additionally, you’ll assist with equipment procurement, vendor management, and oversee FTTX network installation and upgrade projects.

Minimum Requirements - Experience: 5+ years in designing, deploying, and operating large-scale networks.
- Skills: Proficiency in routing and switching protocols (BGP, IS-IS, MPLS, RSVP-TE, VRRP) and hands-on experience in multi-vendor environments.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with physical infrastructure design, including structured cabling and fiber-optic cabling.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with FTTX GPON access gear, Cisco, Adtran, and Juniper network equipment.
- Familiarity with Linux-based systems and scripting/automation (Bash, Python, Perl).
