DME Racing a growing motorsports manufacturing company located in Winston-Salem who is currently seeking highly-skilled and experienced TIG Welders and Fabricators to join our winning team.

We are searching for a Welder with experience in TIG welding of various materials, primarily stainless steel, chromoly, aluminum nd titanium. We are looking for someone who can weld thin wall aluminum and stainless steel (ex. 16 to 20 gauge). Check out our website to see what we build and the quality of fabrication that we expect.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in TIG welding.
• Proven track record in the racing industry, preferably with expertise in frame building or exhaust fabrication.
• Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive welding test.

Responsibilities will include:

• Interpret and comprehend schematics and basic blueprints.
• Perform gas bottle changes and configure welder setups as needed.
• Weld specialized components with precision.
• Uphold cleanliness standards in the welding area.
• Demonstrate a robust work ethic and capability to work autonomously.
• Mandatory completion of a welding proficiency test.
• Full-time position offering flexible scheduling.

BENEFITS:

• Salary: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour.
