Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Training and Quality Manager to join the Human Resources Team at this gorgeous Atlanta property!
Located in one of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods, this Forbes 4-Star hotel is a 42-story tower with over 200 rooms (127 guest rooms plus residences ), over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes the 3-meal restaurant, bar, and in-room dining.
In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Human Resources.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated leader driven to help us achieve the Forbes 5-Star rating. Prior luxury hotel experience and knowledge in Forbes standards is required. Additional qualifications include:

As Training & Quality Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing and managing the training and professional development function in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Also, you will manage and implement initiatives in support of positive team member engagement, culture, and recognition.
