Duties and Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
Assist clients with booking travel, making changes, and solving travel-related questions
Share helpful information about destinations, services, and promotions
Provide exceptional service that builds loyalty and excitement
Work closely with travel vendors and internal teams to resolve client needs
Keep accurate records and follow company guidelines
What You Bring:
Entry-level candidates welcome—no prior travel experience required
Previous customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
Strong communication skills and a helpful, can-do attitude
Comfortable using computers and online booking tools
Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a remote work environment
Passion for travel and a desire to help others see the world
An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to grow
Bonus Points For:
Experience with travel booking systems (a plus, not required)
Knowledge of cruises, all-inclusive resorts, or European travel
Bilingual (especially Spanish-speaking candidates)

Status: Full-time or Part-time
Schedule: Flexible (some weekend availability preferred)
