- Attend and contribute to in-office or virtual meetings, staff-planned scouting trips, and conferences, which may include weekend travel.
- Provide feedback and scouting reports in a timely manner after trips.
- Collaborate on side projects that support our growth strategy.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's Degree & based in New York.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury travel consultancy or as an Executive Assistant, with direct client-facing experience.
- Extensive international travel experience (minimum 20 countries) and strong knowledge of luxury products within those regions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and persuade effectively.
- Experience curating unique travel experiences for discerning clients.

- Team-oriented, collaborative spirit with a strong work ethic.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and unwavering passion for travel, reflecting our brand ethos.
- Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
