**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Travel Coordinator to join our team. As a Remote Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for our clients, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, as well as making travel recommendations and providing excellent customer service. **Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
* Provide travel recommendations and advice to clients
* Answer client inquiries and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
* Manage travel itineraries and ensure that all necessary documents are in order
* Communicate with clients and travel suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise
**Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in travel coordination or a related field (a plus but not mandatory)
* Strong knowledge of airfare, hotel, and car rental inventory systems
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
