We're looking for a passionate and experienced UAV Remote Sensing Project Manager to join our awesome team! In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind planning, developing, and completing incredible UAV projects - all while leading a talented crew.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Become the UAV project guru: You'll oversee everything from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery, ensuring projects run smoothly and profitably.
Lead the drone dream team: Manage a team of UAV technicians and specialists, guiding them to achieve amazing things.
Master of the skies (and data): Manage flight requests, pilot assignments, and data acquisition for projects like mapping, photography, video, and LiDAR. Make sure everything meets the highest quality standards.
Speak drone and data fluency: You'll be the bridge between UAV flight and processing software, and partners like SkySkopes, DroneDeploy, and Pix4D.
Unleash the power of data: Transform raw data from UAV flights into meaningful information for our clients.
Become an application architect: Help develop and design remote sensing applications that perfectly fit project goals.
Bonus points for the go-getter: Take initiative in business development activities like proposals and presentations.
We're looking for someone who:

Holds a degree in Geography, Computer Science, GIS, or a similar field (Master's degree a plus!).
Has at least 8 years of experience rocking GIS and/or UAVs.
Is a certified remote pilot, ready to take to the skies (safely, of course!).
Has a knack for clear communication, both written and verbal.
Can manage time, organize like a champ, and solve problems with a smile.
Knows their way around ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, and related extensions.
Is eager to dive deeper into data management, analytics, visualization, and big data.
Is comfortable working with web-based GIS services and mapping.
Has a valid driver's license (gotta get around!).
