Job Description

Job Duties:

• This is a temporary/seasonal Uniformed Unarmed Security Officer role
• Initial role is a nighttime position from 10:00 pm till 4:00 am 
• Assignment is at various hotels in Savannah and Pooler GA
• Officer identifies suspicious behavior.
• Take Notes.
• Write Reports.
• React to threats as they occur and de-escalate situations.
• Wear and operate Body video cameras.
• Utilize handheld metal detectors where applicable.
• Monitor Security Cameras where applicable.
• Surveillance where applicable.
• Patrol on foot and vehicle patrol for a designated area.
• Prevent unauthorized access to an area.
• Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings.
• Wear an approved security uniform.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No criminal arrests.
• Pass an illegal drug screen test.
• Able to pass a background investigation.
• Pass prior employment reference checks.
• Wear a designated uniform & meet grooming standards .
• Pass an occupational physical exam.
• Successfully pass the Basic Security Officers 24-hour training program.
• Must have reliable transportation & valid car insurance.
• An active cell phone.

Pay:

$20.00 per hour.
