Your Work Schedule

• Shifts : Various schedules, including weekends, will be determined during orientation.
• Availability : Open availability is highly advantageous.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Training and Standards: Continuously enhance skills through training and uphold Signal's high standards of service.
• Duties May Include, But Are Not Limited To:
• Vehicle and Personnel Inspections : Conduct thorough checks to ensure safety and compliance.
• Documentation and Emergency Response : Accurately document incidents and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Merchandise Inspections : Inspect goods to prevent theft and ensure proper handling.
• Facility Inspections: Perform regular facility checks to identify and address potential security concerns.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Fluency in English : Must clearly speak, read, write, and understand English, especially during high-stress incidents.
• Alertness : Always prepared to respond to any situation.
• Dependability : Reliable and punctual in all responsibilities.
• Problem-Solving : Adept at resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
• Adaptability : Able to thrive in dynamic environments.
• Professionalism : Takes pride in representing the company with integrity.
• Flexibility : Open to working various shifts.
• Experience : Previous security experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Requirements

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent (proof required upon request).
• Licensing :
• Possess a valid DCJS Unarmed License or obtain it prior to starting employment.
• Background Check : Mandatory.
• Physical Fitness :
• Appear in good physical condition and general health.
• Free from physical or mental defects that would impair duties.
• Binocular vision correctable to 20/20 and the ability to hear ordinary conversation at 20 ft.
• Age Requirement : Must be at least 21 years old.
• Legal Eligibility : Must be eligible to work in the United States. Proof may be required upon request.
