Position: Store Associate (Full-Time) Location: Rochester Hills, MI (Corner of Walton & Livernois) Pay: Starting at $14-15/hour + Benefits Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? • Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and handle telephone inquiries with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
• Listen actively to customers and team members, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Take charge of customers' shipping needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
• Stay ahead by continuously learning about new products, services, and industry trends.
• Operate equipment and software efficiently to support store operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment to provide the best experience for both customers and staff.
• Stay up to date with web-based training and best practices to continually improve your skills.
• Empathize with customers and transform stressful situations into positive experiences.
• Package shipments securely, including building custom boxes and cushioning contents for safe arrival.
• Problem-solve creatively, taking ownership of customers’ packing, shipping, and printing challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
• Reliable and punctual, with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Physically able to lift 40+ pounds.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
