Your New Job Job Summary: Our operating unit provides underground utility services, and we are looking for a Vac Truck Operator/Driver to join our team. This position requires organization, timeliness, accuracy and great focus to detail and safety. Job Responsibilities: Prepares truck and machinery daily, includes but not limited to: checking oil, fueling, greasing, preventative maintenance, cleaning trailer, stocking with supplies, emptying garbage, checking lights on trailer, running through the DOT inspection list daily. Organizes and oversees inventory of tools and daily preparation of truck and machinery. Surveys job site for 811 Locates, sprinklers, other obstacles, etc. Loads and unloads equipment. Replaces all landscape removed during any job, making every effort in meeting the satisfaction of the customer and the public. Required Skills Qualifications: Experienced operating a Vac Machine required. Valid Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement REQUIRED. DOT Med Card Required. Lifting 50 to 75lbs Must have great communication skills. A positive can-do attitude and openness to trying things new ways.
