Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations
Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire a 3PL Shipping Supervisor for our Exeter, PA location! The 3PL Shipping Supervisor will be responsible for leading and organizing shipping operations, ensuring that all products are accurately and efficiently shipped while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, logistics expertise, and strategic problem-solving to optimize shipping processes and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and manage the 3PL shipping team, including hiring, training, evaluating, and developing employees.

 

  • Monitor employee productivity, timekeeping, and overall performance
  • Oversee daily 3PL shipping operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective product shipments.
  • Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, cost-efficiency, and engagement.
  • Solve shipping-related issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner
  • Maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse facility to reflect cleanliness, efficiency, and organization (5S).
  • Strong understanding of DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and shipping best practices.
  • Compliance with established company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with fulfillment teams to plan and execute daily shipping strategies.

 

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in transportation, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse distribution/center experience.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and supply chain management
  • Proven supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and manage a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); ERP experience a plus
  • Ability to work in hot and cold climates and manager varying work schedules as needed.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Should not have any lifting restrictions. Ability to lift up to 75lbs
  • Must be able to stand for long periods, sit, walk, push, pull, bend, and climb.
  • Must not be afraid of heights; be able to withstand heights of up to 30 feet.
