Responsibilities:

• Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output
• Oversee daily warehouse operations
• Manage inventory
• Ensure efficient logistics and supply chain processes
• Ensure efficient transportation, storage, and distribution of goods 
• Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team
• Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
• Coordinate with transportation providers
• Monitor quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods

Position Requirements:

• Two (2) years proven experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role within a distribution center
• Highly experienced in the management of logistics operations
• Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment
• Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic
