Warehouse Supervisor needed in Peachtree Corners, GA
• Organize and supervise warehouse specialists
• Safely and efficiently handle materials in a warehouse or distribution center environment
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials
• Pick and pack orders for shipment
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques
• Count inventory in receiving with responsibility for documenting location of inventory, including verifying materials against documentation and reporting discrepancies/damage
• Receive new and returned inventory to ensure all items have been accounted for and prepare relevant documentation
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers
• Work closely with managers and team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse operations
• Maintain warehouse appearance and follow relevant safety policy
• Minimum 2-year experience in warehouse
• Cabinet knowledge and experience is a PLUS
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills. Complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Able to safely operate warehouse equipment, including stand-up order picker and sit-down forklift. Truck license is a bonus.
• Must keep a good attendance.
• Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, stacking, stooping, pushing, pulling, and standing for prolonged periods
