As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work as part of a team, and the physical stamina to handle warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents and condition
• Accurately pick and pack orders according to company standards
• Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock records
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Organize and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
• Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
• Forklift certification is a plus
