Warranty Scheme

• Project Form logging/posting + checking, uploading
• Chasing Approved Contractors to correct any mistakes on HPFs
• Warranty document issue + Invoicing
• Maintain Approved Installer list and lists of their trained staff
• Posting/preparing Mail Merge for Approved Installer Annual  Review

Office

• Maintaining the Office Admin/Warranty Manual
• MJF archive maintenance           
• Prepare and arrange parcel despatch/collection Including Royal Mail online
• Order office stationery supplies
• Liaise with Spitfire regarding any Telephony Faults Printing letter labels
• Updating forms/procedures
• Other duties required by Line Manager/General Manager
• Liasing with Cleaner/ managing  them

Back Up Movex SOP

• Provide support to the Office Manager for SOP operations
  • Commercial Invoices
  • Proforma Sales orders
  • Export Orders
  • Screwfix Orders  and Wesupply control

Marketing

• Entering contacts from CPD presentations into CRM
• Issuing CPD certificates
• Prepare Operative Training Badges and renewal
• Prepare Certificates for AI Course Attendees and renewal doc
• Issuing AI Renewals
• Literature and marketing equipment stock take
• AI Course Manual preparation
• Manage Attendee spreadsheet Approved Installer courses
• Preparing/Organising AI course
