Key Responsibilities
Web Development and Maintenance
Design develop and maintain responsive web applications that align with the companys goals and branding.
Write clean efficient and welldocumented code using industry best practices.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed scalability and user accessibility.
Collaboration
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including designers project managers and backend developers to deliver highquality solutions.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize innovative features and functionalities.
Testing and Debugging
Conduct rigorous testing to identify and resolve performance issues and bugs.
Implement feedback from stakeholders and endusers to improve web applications continuously.
Innovation and Continuous Learning
Stay uptodate with emerging web technologies frameworks and trends to recommend and implement improvements.
Explore and integrate innovative tools and techniques to enhance web development processes.
Security and Compliance
Ensure web applications comply with security standards data privacy regulations and best practices.
Implement secure coding practices to safeguard web applications from vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Web Development or a related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 3 years of professional experience in web development.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript (ES6).
Handson experience with frontend frameworks like React Angular or Vue.js.
Strong understanding of serverside languages such as Node.js PHP or Python.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
Experience with RESTful APIs and thirdparty integrations.
Knowledge of version control systems particularly Git.
Understanding of web hosting cloud services and deployment pipelines.
Design Skills
Proficiency in responsive design principles and frontend frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
Familiarity with UX/UI best practices to create intuitive and userfriendly interfaces.
Soft Skills
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills capable of collaborating with both technical and nontechnical teams.
