We’re seeking a skilled web developer to enhance an existing WordPress website designed for training new real estate agents. This website serves as a central hub for articles, resources, video content, and task-based training materials. Your role will focus on improving the site’s design, functionality, user management, and overall usability.
- Enhance website design for a professional, user-friendly experience.
- Optimize user management features for controlled access to training resources.
- Identify, evaluate and Implement WordPress plugins and integrate additional tools as needed.
- Refine content presentation, including articles, links, and embedded videos (hosted on Dropbox).
- Ensure content is easily accessible and organized by task or training stage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs or performance issues.
- Proficiency in WordPress, including theme customization, plugins, PHP, and CSS.
- Experience with hosting services and cPanel is a PLUS.
- Ability to provide examples of websites where you had a primary role in design and functionality.
- Strong understanding of web design principles and responsive layouts.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
