• Tech-savvy : Proficient in using Google Drive, Windows applications, and Zoom.

• Detail-oriented to ensure accurate completion of documentation and paperwork.
• Willingness to be coachable and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
• Sales or customer service experience highly preferred, with a competitive drive to succeed.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required. We provide all necessary training!

Your Responsibilities:

• Warm Sales Calls : Use our membership database to contact leads and identify their financial needs.
• Product Guidance : Help members understand the importance of supplemental benefits products.
• Ongoing Client Support : Provide exceptional service throughout the application process and beyond—answering questions, reviewing policies, updating beneficiaries, and assisting with claims.
• Compliance : Adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the sale and servicing of life insurance policies.
