Benefits: Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Free food & snacks Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Position Summary As a Window Tint Installer at Prestige Auto Appearance (Allentown, PA), you will precisely install high‑performance automotive window tint films—enhancing customer privacy, reducing glare and UV exposure, and improving vehicle aesthetics. Your work ensures each installation meets top‑tier standards of quality and customer satisfaction. About Prestige Auto Appearance Prestige Auto Appearance is a premier auto care studio specializing in ceramic coating, paint correction, clear bra/paint protection film (PPF), and expert window tinting services . We deliver cutting‑edge protection and enhancement for customers in Allentown, PA, committed to exceptional service, certified craftsmanship, and premium results. Performance Objectives Achieve zero defects in tint installations (no bubbling, lifting, or misalignment). Maintain consistent pace—typically completing a standard 4-door vehicle in a competitive timeframe while upholding quality. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction, measured by feedback and re‑installation rates. Support team readiness: maintain inventory of films/tools and ensure work area cleanliness. Capabilities & Key Competencies Precision & attention to detail: flawlessly cut and apply tint film for exact alignment. Surface preparation expertise: ensure windows are clean and dry, free of debris before film application. Steady hand & fine motor skills for squeegee work, trimming, and edge sealing. Strong time management: work efficiently without compromising quality. Collaborative team player: able to communicate effectively with co‑workers, detailers, and front‑desk staff. Customer‑focused attitude: patiently explain processes, answer questions, and ensure customer comfort. Commitment to safe practices (film handling, workspace hygiene, tool usage). Education & Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Prior experience (preferred): 1 year or more installing window tint film on automotive windows or similar surface applications. Certification with quality tint brands (e.g. XPEL, 3M, SunTek) is a plus—but not mandatory . Familiarity with automotive glass types and regulations (e.g. vehicle tint darkness limits) is helpful. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and lean over vehicles for extended periods. Good manual dexterity and visual acuity for fine trimming tasks. Comfortable performing repetitive motions and lifting lightweight materials (e.g. film rolls, tools). Tolerance for temperature variations (e.g. working in climate‑controlled bay vs. ambient daylight conditions). Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion Prestige Auto Appearance is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We value applicants of all backgrounds, ensuring equal opportunity in hiring, training, promotion, and compensation. We respect differences in experience, identity, and perspective as strengths that empower our team and elevate the customer experience. Why This Role Is Important As a key member of our tint installation team, you contribute directly to our core service offerings—enhancing vehicle appearance, customer comfort, and long-term protection. Your skill ensures that each installation reflects our reputation for precision and quality. Summary This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about vehicles and detail work, enjoys hands‑on craftsmanship, and wants to grow their skills in both detailing and window tint installation. At Prestige, you’ll join a motivated team with the tools and support to succeed — while helping maintain the highest standard of automotive appearance in our community. Application Instructions Please submit your resume, and (if available) photos or examples of past tint installations. Highlight any certifications or specialized training.
