Primary Responsibilities

  • Engage with Clients Remotely: Conduct virtual meetings to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Guide Clients Through Enrollment: Provide expert advice and assistance throughout the enrollment process.
  • Address Inquiries: Respond to client questions and concerns, offering clarity and support.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
  • Maintain Detailed Records: Keep accurate documentation of client interactions and enrollment activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to effectively engage with clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Organizational skills to accurately manage records and paperwork.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivation and effective time management are essential.
  • Sales or Customer Service Experience: Preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with Technology: Familiarity with virtual tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Drive) and computer systems.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.
  • Reliable Home Setup: Must have a Windows laptop/PC, stable internet access, and a functioning camera.
