Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Work From Home Ticketing Agent to join our team at GlobeTrek Consulting. As a Work From Home Ticketing Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and other related services. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ticketing Assistance: Assist clients in booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services based on their preferences, budget, and schedule.
  2. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Itinerary Planning: Collaborate with clients to create customized travel itineraries that meet their specific needs and interests.
  4. Reservation Management: Manage flight reservations, hotel bookings, car rentals, and other travel arrangements to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Payment Processing: Process payments for travel bookings and ensure that all transactions are completed accurately and securely.
  6. Travel Documentation: Assist clients with obtaining necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance, and provide guidance on relevant requirements.
  7. Travel Coordination: Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to make necessary arrangements and accommodations for clients.
  8. Stay Informed: Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and airline policies to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
  9. Problem Resolution: Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the booking process or while clients are traveling, and work to find satisfactory solutions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in using computer reservation systems and booking platforms.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and transactions.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
