The Role
As an Xactimate Estimator, you’ll play a pivotal role in our restoration process, using your skills to evaluate damage, create accurate estimates, and guide projects to successful completion. What You’ll Do
• Prepare detailed, precise estimates using Xactimate software for a variety of restoration projects.
• Collaborate with property owners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to assess damage and determine the scope of repairs.
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication with clients throughout the restoration process.
• Ensure all estimates adhere to industry standards and align with company quality expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights and expertise with the team.

What We’re Looking For • Proven experience with Xactimate software in property restoration or a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on building relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive scopes in Xactimate for fire, water, vehicle impact, tree collapse, and other property damage scenarios
• Document work according to TPA/Insurance Company guidelines
• Work with various tools, including DASH, Matterport, and MICA reports (prior experience a plus)
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Negotiate with insurance companies to secure positive outcomes for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of construction estimating experience
• Proficiency in Xactimate
• Experience in the restoration industry, with a self-starting attitude and a track record of meeting deadlines
• Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to operate independently

Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive annual salary: $75,000 - $100,000, with room for growth as you contribute and add value
