The Role As an Xactimate Estimator, you’ll play a pivotal role in our restoration process, using your skills to evaluate damage, create accurate estimates, and guide projects to successful completion. What You’ll Do • Prepare detailed, precise estimates using Xactimate software for a variety of restoration projects. • Collaborate with property owners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to assess damage and determine the scope of repairs. • Maintain clear, empathetic communication with clients throughout the restoration process. • Ensure all estimates adhere to industry standards and align with company quality expectations. • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights and expertise with the team. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience with Xactimate software in property restoration or a related field. • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on building relationships. Responsibilities: • Conduct assessments and write comprehensive scopes in Xactimate for fire, water, vehicle impact, tree collapse, and other property damage scenarios • Document work according to TPA/Insurance Company guidelines • Work with various tools, including DASH, Matterport, and MICA reports (prior experience a plus) • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive and detail-oriented approach • Negotiate with insurance companies to secure positive outcomes for clients • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of construction estimating experience • Proficiency in Xactimate • Experience in the restoration industry, with a self-starting attitude and a track record of meeting deadlines • Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to operate independently • Alignment with our core values Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive annual salary: $75,000 - $100,000, with room for growth as you contribute and add value • 100% employer-paid health insurance, PTO, 401(k)/Simple IRA, and paid training You’ll Love This Role If: • You enjoy problem-solving and find satisfaction in supporting others with thoughtful solutions • You’re skilled at creating, following, and improving project plans • You’re detail-oriented, process-driven, and enjoy creating excellence in every task • You’re flexible and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment About Company: Restoration Network is a fast-growing, up-and-coming full-service water, fire, storm damage restoration, and rebuilding company.
