Job Description

At Amazing Athletes, our goal is to inspire active futures for the next generation and be the first positive coaching experience for children. Instructors teach the fundamentals of 10 different sports in a non-competitive environment, while also incorporating lessons about nutrition and muscle groups to enhance motor skills and physical literacy. Our programs include Amazing Tots (18mo-2.5 years ), Amazing Athletes for Preschool and Prek aged children, and Amazing Athletes PE for K-6th as well as Sports + STEAM camps. Our full curriculum and lesson plans make it easy to confidently teach a great class.

Requirements

  • Must have Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Be willing to undergo a background check
  • Have a valid CPR, First Aid and concussion training (may complete upon hire)
  • A genuine passion for sports, physicsl fitness and working with children
  • Ability to create a fun, engaging and instrucyional atmosphere for youth participants
  • Strong communication skills to connect effectively with children and parents
  • Be reliable, professional, and punctual with a strong work ethic

A degree in Education, Early Childhood Development or Sports & Exercise Science is preferred but not required.
