AO Globe Life is looking for a Benefits Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in guiding clients to the best benefits options. This is a 100% remote position with a flexible schedule, so you can work from anywhere without the hassle of a commute. Plus, no cold calling—our leads are provided for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends to provide informed guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members remotely.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in benefits or sales is a plus but not required.
  • A passion and genuine desire for helping others.
