Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Building Services team throughout all phases of the design and consultancy process, offering expertise in schematic, concept, and detailed designs for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
• Develop technical plans, materials, equipment specifications, and workshop designs in accordance with contract documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design tools.
• Lead the implementation of Revit for MEP design, including the creation of families, templates, and workflows, while providing training to team members on best practices.
• Generate clash reports using Navisworks, perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) functions, and carry out detailed site surveys to ensure accuracy and maintain quality standards.
• Oversee and supervise the installation of building systems, ensuring full compliance with contractual agreements, health and safety regulations, and legislative requirements.
• Collaborate with other design disciplines both on-site and through Revit, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient project delivery.

Requirements:

• An engineering qualification at an advanced diploma level or a recognized qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Electricians License A).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
