This is a unique opportunity to participate in our comprehensive BDR Residency. The Residency consists of a free two-week training period followed by a full-time W2, salaried+benefits, 12-week Residency with one of our Employer Partners. Residents will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience to prepare them for a successful career in sales.
About the BDR Role
Business Development Representatives are the backbone of the sales process. As a BDR, you'll research companies and decision-makers, connect with prospects, and book sales meetings. This role combines problem-solving, strategic outreach, and relationship-building to drive business success.
What You’ll Do:
Represent a tech company's products and solutions, clearly communicating their value to potential customers.
Identify and engage new business opportunities through outreach via phone (cold calling), email, and LinkedIn.
Book meetings between prospective customers and Account Executives.
Work towards monthly goals, including setting up qualified meetings and generating pipeline opportunities.
Learn prospecting strategies, CRM tools, and industry best practices while earning an industry-recognized Sales Certification.
