We are currently seeking
CCTV Grout Truck Operator with a
PACP certification and experience operating a TV Truck to join our team in
Tampa, FL ! As a CCTV Grout Truck Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of remote grouting equipment, pre and post-video inspection of pipelines, and supervision of confined space entry procedures. Lateral inspection experience is preferred.
We are currently offering a
limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license , and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.

What You’ll Do: - Operating remote closed circuit cameras to record the internal condition of sewer pipelines and determine if cleaning and/or repairs are required prior to rehabilitation
- Maintaining a clean and organized working environment within the TV truck including fluid levels and service condition of tools and equipment
- Maintain, adjust, troubleshoot and perform authorized field repairs to camera’s, robots and ancillary equipment; such as, cables, connectors and reel
- Learn and follow Insituform's products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques, and use of equipment
- Effectively work with supervisors, clients, peers, and subordinates
- Drive various vehicles (pickups to tractor-trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment
- Confined space entry utilizing Insituform’s safety
- All duties of the Installation Technician, as needed
What We Need From You: - Experience operating CCTV cameras and the chemical grouting process is highly preferred
- NASSCO PACP and MACP certifications strongly preferred
- Experience working in an outdoor underground construction environment, preferably with CIPP, water, or sewer utilities is preferred
- Valid driver’s license required with clean motor vehicle report
- Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
- Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery powered, or electric tools with or without reasonable accommodations
- Comfortable working in and around sewer and storm drains
- Ability to travel throughout Florida as needed
