About the Job:
The Driver is responsible for operating one of the company’s semi-trucks. The driver is responsible for the delivery of freight to and from customers professionally and safely. This is a 1099 Over the Road Position. (We travel to all 48 states). We do not have forced dispatch and our drivers are able to travel to the states or areas of their preference.

Essential Task, Requirements, & Responsibilities:

• Operate and drive a semi-truck safely and professionally to transport products.
• Perform the daily safety checks of equipment.
• Properly secure loads for safe transport when necessary.
• Interface with customers and other warehouse personnel in a professional manner.
• Possibly operate a forklift to efficiently transport material and load/unload products from trucks.
• Travel out of state and be able to stay out over the road for at least a week.

CDL-A Company driver enjoys.

• $1500 - $2500 average weekly gross!
• Steady lane.
• This is a 50-50 arrangement.
• No forced dispatch – Loads and destinations are discussed with our driver before being booked.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Safety-conscious behavior.
• Must have punctuality and excellent attendance.
• Experience operating dry vans.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• 2 years of driving experience is required.
• At least 23 years old.
• Truck GPS required.
• Must have a Smartphone with data.
• MVR and PSP records should be reasonably clean.
• Not prohibited in DOT Clearinghouse.
• Negative drug test results.
• No major convictions on the Criminal background check.
• Must be able to stay over the road for at least a week.
