We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Newark, DE. We are looking for an Associate who enjoys working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming DC is passionate about Chiropractic, has an interest in diversified style adjusting, as well as Chiropractic Biophysics treatment protocols. We are looking for an additional associate, to the one we already have, with the goal of eventually transitioning all doctors to working only 4 days per week!

Our dynamic, award-winning team consists of chiropractors, chiropractic assistants, massage therapists and a dedicated support staff that helps us collaborate to provide the best care that our patients need and deserve! We work closely together as a team and with our patients, creating a great healing environment. We offer a combination of pain management, wellness, family practice, some PIP, and some Medicare within our practice. While chiropractic is the main treatment focus of our practice, we also offer our patients in office physical therapy, rehab therapy, and massage therapy. We utilize primarily a Diversified, hands-on adjusting style with instrumentation when necessary. Our adjusting and rehab methods are based on Chiropractic BioPhysics(CBP) research and protocols, and we do perform x-rays on many patients using our in-house imaging facilities.

Duties:
Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays (marking x-rays)
Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments, Diversified Full Spine Adjusting with some instrumentation work, CBP techniques, monitoring and administering rehab and various therapies and modalities
Supervise and advise Chiropractic Assistants on patient care, exercises, and rehab
Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Minimal staff management
Some marketing and B2B interaction
Assist with scheduling/office management as needed

Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
Chiropractic license in DE
Schedule:
Full time

Total Compensation:
$100k per year (base plus bonus compensation)
