Class A drivers run reefer freight from several spots in Missouri to WI, IL, IA and OH on back-and-forth lanes. This is all no touch and drivers have the ability to earn up to $100K/Yr, there is a $2K sign on bonus and you get home on the weekends. Freight will go from MO to one of the four states above and return with freight. Drivers get home on Friday mid day and are home for 48 hours. Company has great insurance and if you opt not to take insurance you can make .05CPM more.
JOB DESCRIPTION, PAY & BENEFITS
Drivers will run back and forth between MO and WI, IL, IA and OH on no touch reefer (and occasionally some dry van freight) with starting pay of .54CPM or .59CPM (if you opt out of company paid insurance). This rate is for the first 2000 miles. For all the miles you run over 2000 miles you will earn $1.00 per miles so a driver who runs 2500 miles in a week can expect to earn roughly $1600/WK.
All benefits start after 90 days of start date and include medical (paid for or not).
Top drivers who want to run harder can get more miles with drivers running 3000 miles per week earning around $2080/WK. Other benefits include PTO and 401K. Drivers who opt out of the insurance and run 2500 miles in a week
Sign on bonus of $2000 is paid out at $750 Week 1; $750 Week 2 and $500 at 6 months
All our trucks are either Anthems or Mack Pinnacles and they do not have cameras. Almost all of them are 12 speed automatics.
Some of the trucks come with APUs, newer models come with Webasco heater only and they are allowed to idle to stay cool.
Trucks may be taken home but can not be parked at a truck stop and the tractor and trailer must stay together.
All the freight is no touch and 65% is drop and hook. This will be running for several dedicated accounts.
May have a rider after 90 days of employment, must be immediate family member and must be 10 years of age or older.
CDL Class A Reefer Driver Requirements
Must be 23 with at least 6 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional Dry Van or Reefer experience in the last year.
Missouri applicants MUST live I-70 or north
No more than 2 moving violations (none major) in the last three years
No more than 2 DOT Recordable Preventable accidents in the last three years as long as there were no injuries, rear end, jack knife or rollover.
May have 2 incidents in the last three years but can not have more than preventable accidents or incidents in the last three years
If you have a speeding ticket over 20 miles per hour in the last three years you may not have any other moving violations during that time
No more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 in the last three years
No felonies in the last seven years and no misdemeanors in the last three years. Must be off of probation or parole for five years for felony and 3 years for misdemeanor
