About the Role:

What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, communications, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in a customer support or logistics role.
Tech-savvy with a proven track record of improving processes using ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data manipulation and interpretation in Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for coaching and mentoring others.
Bonus Points:
Experience with NetSuite, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Experience leading a customer support or logistics team.
