Job Description
MN West is seeking Fire Training Instructors across the entire Southwest Region of Minnesota. Pay is based on experience and certifications ranging from $30-$45 per hour.
Minimum Qualifications
Currently active in a fire department
At least 4 years of experience as a firefighter
Fire service certification from Minnesota Fire Service Certification Board:
Firefighter I
Firefighter II
Hazmat
Currently certified or willing to obtain the following certification from MFSCB:
Instructor I
Preferred Qualification
Currently certified or willing to obtain the following certification from MFSCB
Officer I
Live Burn Instructor
Other Requirements
All applicants must be able to lawfully accept employment in the United States at the time of employment.
In accordance with the Minnesota State Vehicle Fleet Safety Program, employees driving on college/university business who use a rental or state vehicle shall be required to conform to Minnesota State?s vehicle use criteria and consent to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
