As an Event Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of various events, ensuring they run smoothly and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, including meetings, conferences, parties, and trade shows.
• Manage event logistics such as venue setup, catering, and equipment rentals.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and event participants.
• Handle administrative duties, including booking venues, processing invoices, and tracking budgets.
• Oversee on-site event execution, including registration, guest check-ins, and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote events.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback for improvements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event management software is a plus.
