Job Description

As an Executive Chef for Restaurant Associates, you'll support a variety of culinary services for our premier client portfolio. We'll rely on your creativity and technical skills to uphold the R/A brand standards, starting with delicious! Outstanding hospitality, relationship building and leadership skills are essential to success in this role.

This position offers a desirable Monday through Friday, daytime schedule (occasional evenings required).

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure outstanding food quality and service daily for our clients and guests
• Manage a culinary team of salaried and hourly associates, ensuring high performance standards
• Work closely with the site General Manager and team to ensure high quality operations
• Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account
• Plan and create all menus
• Purchase and manage inventory
• Serve as the on-site lead to the client for all food quality and service-related programming
• Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of culinary management experience
• High volume production and catering experience in high end/ elevated food establishment
• Previous experience managing finances- food cost, inventory, reporting
• Strong desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
