Job Details:
Just Right Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company seeking independent contractors. We are looking for one person or a team of 2 people. We are looking to partner with responsible reliable hardworking and passionate cleaners that have an eye for detail. Must be able to clean a second site in Timonium MD either on separate days or on the same day. The Parkville site is a medical clinic that closes at 12:30am. Work must be completed by 9:00am for the Parkville site. The Parkville site is $55 per cleaning. The Timonium site is a medical clinic that closes at 9:30pm. Work must be completed by 8:00am for the Timonium site Monday through Saturday and at 7:00am on Sundays. The Timonium site is $50 per cleaning.
Requirements: Pass a background check reliable transportation smart phone with WIFI. Experience is preferred.
Pay: Pay dates fall on the 3rd and 18th of each month depending on weekends and holidays. Direct Deposit Required.
Hours: Must be available to work any day Monday through Sunday. The Parkville site closes at 12:30am. Work must be completed by 9:00am for the Parkville site. The Timonium site closes at 9:30pm. Work must be completed by 8:00am for the Timonium site Monday through Saturday and at 7:00am on Sundays.

General cleaning of building: keeping it maintained clean and in good condition
Able to work a flexible schedule

Able to work on call if needed
Dusting
Cleaning of surfaces
Cleaning of bathrooms
Cleaning of kitchen
Collect and dispose of trash
Vacuum sweep and mop floors
Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
Keep cleaning supplies in stock
Work and communicate with Management when necessary
Additional Requirements:
Ability to manage your time efficiently
Work well when supervisors are not present
Handle basic cleaning tasks
Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
Must have great communication skills
Able to use basic cleaning equipment
