Job Description:
Client is seeking Business Analyst Healthcare –FACETS. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts. Essential Job Duties include managing HealthPlan applications Deployment aligned to Industry best practices and translating functional & technical requirements into implementation work package.
Required Qualifications:
• Candidates need to be in and around or willing to relocate to any of the locations Hartford, CT, Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Richardson, TX and Tempe, AZ.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience with healthcare payer, preferably on Claims, Benefits, and Care Management.
• Experience in FACETS.
• Product and pricing configuration of TriZetto's Facets.
• Facets System Analyst experience with Facets backend data model knowledge.
• FACETS benefit configuration design by researching, analyzing, and validating existing benefit configuration. Create design documents to capture findings.

• Planning and Co-ordination skills.
• Good Communication and Analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Ability to write design documents and walk the audience through the design.
• Able to estimate for the end-to-end delivery of Integration projects.
