Job Description

Salary: 120,000 - 150,000 USD per year Requirements:

• I require a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in supporting and managing HPC and AI architectures, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
• I also need at least 3 years of Python programming experience, as well as expertise in at least one additional scripting or programming language. Experience with Python package management and dependency debugging will be considered a plus.
• Additionally, I seek candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Data Management, including data storage solutions, file systems, and data transfer protocols.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is essential.

• I expect you to maintain and optimize our HPC and AI infrastructure, providing assistance to teams with the implementation, tuning, and optimization of tools for Generative AI models.
• Your role will also involve analyzing and enhancing system performance to ensure the efficient execution of AI models and HPC applications, while managing and optimizing GPU-enabled computing resources for various computing tasks.
• I would like you to develop, debug, and maintain software tools, libraries, and frameworks that support HPC and AI workloads. Close collaboration with vendors to ensure AI models are optimized for scalability and performance is essential.
• You will be responsible for managing and utilizing NVIDIA tools, such as CUDA, DNN, and TensorRT, to optimize AI and HPC workloads on NVIDIA GPUs.
• You will deploy and manage on-premise HPC and AI systems, ensuring seamless integration with our existing IT infrastructure, as well as handling the installation, configuration, and maintenance of HPC environments in data centers and COLO facilities.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including alliance partners, data scientists, researchers, and software developers to tackle complex AI challenges will be part of your responsibilities. Mentorship and training for junior engineers will also be expected.
• I would like you to stay updated with the latest advancements in HPC and AI technologies, researching new methodologies and incorporating them into our existing systems as necessary.
• You will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to the HPC and AI infrastructure, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
• Comprehensive documentation for system designs, performance metrics, and project progress is vital, and you will also prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
