JOB SUMMARY:
As an HVAC Maintenance Technician at Cline’s Heating and Air, you’ll own our preventive-care program—performing scheduled maintenance visits at both commercial and residential sites to keep systems running at peak efficiency. You’ll replace belts and filters, clean coils, inspect safety controls, test refrigerant levels, and tighten electrical connections, then document your findings and recommend repairs or replacements based on equipment condition and age. You’ll collaborate closely with our service and installation teams—sharing insights, troubleshooting complex issues, and helping deliver seamless service to every customer.
