Position Overview:
Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg team. Under the direction of Providers Acute Care Director and Charge Nurse you will provide comprehensive care to patients using the nursing process including assessment planning implementation and evaluation. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and optimal patient outcomes. The Registered Nurse will care for both pediatric and adult patients providing pre and postoperative care and treating a variety of medical conditions. You will also oversee and direct LPNs CNAs and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments develop care plans and deliver patient interventions.
• Collaborate with providers and healthcare teams to ensure effective and compassionate patient care.
• Care for pediatric and adult patients with a range of medical conditions including pre and postsurgical care.
• Provide direction and support to LPNs CNAs housekeeping and dietary staff.
• Maintain the highest standard of professional nursing care while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Follow the guidance of Providers Acute Care Director Charge Nurse and CNO to deliver optimal care.

Qualifications:

• Education: RN nursing graduate required.
• Experience: No minimum experience required; Med/Surg nursing and pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Licensure/Certifications:
  • Current Montana RN licensure required.
  • BLS ACLS and PALS certifications required within 6 months of hire.
• Knowledge/Skills:
  • Strong understanding of basic nursing principles and procedures.
  • Proficient in IV skills and basic office skills.
