Job Description



BryceTech is currently looking for a Photographer/Videographer. This position will be supporting The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, Chemical Biological Center, known as DEVCOM CBC. This role will consist of photography, videographer and media support to Government project leads for CONUS and OCONUS missions, to include travel when needed.

The Person in this role will:

  • Plan, shoot, and produce high-definition photographic and video content to document experiments, training, and events.
  • Develop creative concepts and shot lists in collaboration with communications and program teams.
  • Manage on-site audiovisual setups, including lighting, sound capture, and camera rig configuration.
  • Perform post-production editing—color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics—to deliver polished final products.
  • Maintain an organized digital asset library with accurate metadata, tagging, and version control.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with cameras, lenses, microphones, and editing software.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and copyright laws when capturing and distributing media.
  • Adapt shooting plans on short notice to capture emergent activities or urgent story needs.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for specialized drone, studio, or remote-location work.
  • Use editing software to produce finished images and prints

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree, preferably in Visual Communications, Multimedia Production, or related field;
  • Minimum three years of professional photography and videography experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating technical skill and creative storytelling.
