Pay Rate/Range: $95,000 - $120,000
Description:
The Plant Manager is a dynamic and results-driven leader responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational performance of a single plant site. This role involves driving profit and loss management, implementing growth strategies, and guiding the organization’s direction to achieve and surpass business objectives. The ideal candidate is a sharp, focused individual with a strong ability to lead and motivate teams. Key responsibilities include fostering continuous improvement in areas such as Safety, Productivity, Cost Management, Customer Experience, and overall site profitability.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or technical field preferred
5+ years of progressive manufacturing supervisory experience
Experience in managing budgets.
Strong financial understanding and P&L knowledge
Job Type: Direct Hire - Onsite in Great Bend, KS
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
