WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Assist Operations partners with branding new locations that have been acquired.
  • Develop relationships with national vendor partners to provide corporate signage.
  • Vendor negotiation – prices and terms.
  • Manage life cycle of projects from inception to execution to invoicing.
  • Develop deep understanding of vendor base capabilities, strengths, and deliverables.
  • Provide detailed status reports & updates on all orders and projects.
  • Advise on new sourcing missions, with research & vendor analysis.
  • Advise on processes for tracking progress of signage, completed tasks and forecasting for future budgets.
  • Travel to signage installation projects and head offices, Calgary AB and Plano TX, as needed.
  • Other non-signage project-based assignments as required.



WHAT WILL YOU NEED:

  • 4+ years in a project management role handling signage, preferably in self-storage, multi-family, or hospitality.
  • Work experience in a small or medium sized business environment, ideally in a high growth organization.
  • Deep understanding of the importance of Operational needs and timing.
  • Ability to problem-solve challenging issues, by bringing simplicity and clarity to dynamic or complicated situations.
  • Strong computer skills-MS Office Suite (MS Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to learn new Software as a Service program (SaaS) quickly, e.g., Smartsheet, Yardi, and Adobe products.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Current passport.
