Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Hybrid Sacramento, CA (1 day per week in office)
6+ months

Active PMP Certification needed
10+ years' experience needed

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with an active PMP certification to oversee and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. The role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, with the flexibility to work primarily remotely and come into the office one day per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet project goals
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders effectively
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates and reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear documentation
• Drive continuous improvement and apply best practices in project management

Qualifications:

• Active PMP certification is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 10+ years of project management experience
• Proven ability to manage projects in a hybrid work environment
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet
